22-target vaginitis differentiator identifying BV-associated organisms, Lactobacillus species, Candida species, and T. vaginalis.
Wound Care
28-target panel for infected wounds — gram-positive (incl. MRSA via mecA/C), gram-negative, HSV, and Candida / dermatophyte species; reflexes to full ABR (12 genes) on any positive organism.
Dermatology
12-target cutaneous fungal panel — dermatophytes, Candida species, Aspergillus species, and Malassezia for skin & superficial fungal disease.
Nail / Fungal
18-target onychomycosis panel — dermatophytes, Candida species (incl. C. auris), Aspergillus species, Malassezia, and Trichosporon from nail specimens.
